Director of The Academy (Parish Episcopal School) 2021-present

Job Description: Develops and oversees academic programming outside of traditional school day, PreK - 12th grade and oppurtunities for alumni and parents.
Redesigned current for-credit offerings and developed ten new courses, including a Spanish immersion study abroad course, increasing overall student enrollment by 8% and increased revenue by 15%.
Expanded academic workshops offered during summer and school year for Middle and Upper School students in collaboration with divisional administration and faculty, increasing summer revenue by 16%.
Recruited 20 new faculty members to offer summer academic workshops and 7 new faculty to offer after school academic programming during the school year.
Standardized a scaffolded teacher compensation rate that resulted in a Gross Profit increase of 9% in the first year (overall revenue increased only 4%).
Developed carreer exploration and preparatory workshops for Upper School students and alumni, including a Pre-Med Academy and issue-focused Community Service Camps.
Redesigned website and registration process to create consistency and transparency; spearheaded recruitment of students outside of Parish community.

Oversaw curriculum audit and vertical alignment with Spanish, French, and Latin. Coordinated creation of new placement exam for Middle School and incoming students, with summer review workshop.
Oversaw the creation of new courses in Latin, Arabic, Spanish, and French, as well as the development of culinary electives focused on culture & history.
